What counts as "monitored spend"?
The cloud spend on the accounts you connect — nothing else. You control the scope, and accounts, approvers and reviewers are unlimited within it.
What if my spend spikes one month?
A spike inside your band changes nothing. You pay the flat price for your band; a one-off jump in spend doesn't move your bill unless it pushes you into the next band — and even then it's the next flat number, never a surprise percentage.
Any hidden setup fee or lock-in?
