Will this touch our cloud?
No. We have read-only access and can't change anything. Every change waits for two of your people to approve, and execution always stays with your team. You can pause everything instantly — a global off switch, and one per area.
What about an NDA — do you sign first?
Yes. We sign your confidentiality agreement before we connect to anything. Confidentiality first, access second. No exceptions.
Can we run it inside our own environment?
Yes. Beyond our cloud (in Brazil), leancosts can be deployed on-premise or in your private cloud, running entirely inside your environment. It's an enterprise/contract option — for teams with data-sovereignty requirements or internal policy that demands it.
How fast do we see savings?
You get a free assessment with projected annual savings within about 5 business days — before any commitment. First approved-and-executed savings typically land within ~14 days. You read it, say "makes sense" or "doesn't", and we move on (or stop) at no cost.
We already have cost dashboards. Why this?
Dashboards show you the number. We tell you what to do about it — what to change, how much it saves, and the proof afterward. We read the same cost data and hand back the decision, with the evidence attached.
Does it work with AWS and Google Cloud?
Azure, AWS and Google Cloud have a real connection today, at the same depth. Oracle comes next. Variance analysis, out-of-pattern spend, and cost per unit work the same across all of them.
Where does our data live?
In your own isolated, encrypted database, hosted in Brazil — or fully on-premise inside your environment. We don't process any end-customer personal data. Details, including LGPD compliance, are in the DPA.
Do you only cut? What if something is undersized?
We don't only cut. leancosts right-sizes both ways: it shrinks what's oversized and flags when a service is starved and needs to grow — before it degrades. It works across Azure, AWS and Google alike, on compute and managed databases. Sizing up raises the bill, so we treat it as performance protection, not savings: it never enters the savings ledger and arrives tagged as risk mitigation, for your team to decide.
